With over a decade of experience leading people and serving as an organizational culture strategist, Ambriel’s impact has been transformational at the intersections of technology, culture, fashion, and entertainment. Her innate ability to evolve people systems, enable innovation, and foster inclusivity has made her a respected leader in the areas of people, diversity, equity, and cultural evolution.

As the CEO of a bi-coastal fashion showroom and PR agency, representing luxury designers, Ambriel’s entrepreneurial approach was evident. She also worked as a global sales manager for a sustainable clothing brand, where she successfully launched community-centric circularity fashion production programs throughout NYC. In addition to her broad leadership experience, Ambriel has also held several positions as a consultant and community manager for various blockchain projects. Her experience in blockchain, NFTs, and the broader Web3 ecosystem is a testament to her adaptability and willingness to explore new technologies. In her current role as a people and culture executive, she leads people operations initiatives and implements programming in the areas of organizational culture development, DEIBA frameworks, equity models, candidate sourcing, and talent retention.

Ambriel is an advocate for dismantling ableism, unconscious biases, and social barriers while amplifying the voices of underrepresented and neurodiverse communities. She was born in Anchorage, Alaska, and is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. She also attended London College of Fashion and Goldsmiths College in London, England. Currently serving on the advisory board for UnapologeTECH and a member of ForbesBLK, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Black Excellence Society (BES), and The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Ambriel is dedicated to promoting accessibility, equity, and inclusivity in all areas of her work.
